At Fox, we’re all about the skulk! We can proudly say that our community is our superpower … inside and outside our den!
We’ve been operating in Sydney Northern Beaches since 2010 and we’re constantly expanding within our community. We know our people and we serve them at our best by providing custom locally manufactured cabinetry that is green and sustainable so that our environment can be enjoyed by many after us.
We have a passion for people. We focus on training the next generation of cabinet makers making sure that apprentices have a career, not just a job. Longevity within Fox is key in growing our team by supporting everyone’s unique talent through lifelong learning. We grow our apprentices into superlative cabinet makers and allow them to learn skills that go well beyond the tools like sales, drawing, management, leadership and customer relations. Our excellent team is currently composed of 40+ members, a lot of them have been evolving with us since the very beginning of Fox when the business was being run out of a storage shed, making us proud of what we do and how we do it.
We prioritise preserving the environment that we love, the enchanting Sydney Northern Beaches that we call home. Our cabinetry is locally designed, manufactured and installed which significantly helps in reducing waste and pollution. In addition to that, we operate over 90% on solar energy and over 40% of our offcuts are recycled. It is our vision to continue to innovate towards fully recyclable and sustainably powered operations as we foster our team and transmit wholesome values to the emerging generations.

Mark, Turbo Fox
Started in 2015 as an apprentice and became an incredible tradesman, making him a great leader for the install team. He gets a vehicle and trains new apprentices while keeping up the high vibes!
Esera, Rugby Fox
Joined thriving Fox in 2020 in the middle of a pandemic when the whole world was panicking and setting back. He is currently going through his second year of apprenticeship, he’s steadily progressing and having a great time!
Monique, Little Fox
She’s in her second year of apprenticeship and she’s doing so well that she earned the responsibility of teaching the craft to the young ones.
Dan, Big Fox
He started as an installer and has been with the company since the beginning. He’s grown remarkably and moved into sales, learning both to design our products as well as the behind the scenes of the business.

Matthew, Flying Fox
Despite all odds, Matty succeeded at becoming a fully qualified cabinet maker, has been at Fox for 7 years and looks forward to growing more within the business…and we look forward to it too!

He’s been at Fox for over 6 years and started as an apprentice. He proudly became the brand new foreman, leading a team of 20 and being motivated by his fellow foxes’ growth.
