Volpe Wardrobes Pty Ltd T/A Fox Wardrobes provides the following limited warranties to the original purchaser of Fox Wardrobes system products.
10 YEAR WARRANTY:
Fox warrants that it will, at its option, repair or replace any cabinets, hinges and drawer runners, handles, doors and panels or laminate benchtops that suffer a failure due to a defect in the materials or manufacturing process within 10 years from the date of purchase.
The Standard 10 year warranty does not apply to a product’s finish achieved, including any colour or shade selected and/or applied, by the customer and/or any third party.
Warranties apply only to the original purchaser for products that are used for normal domestic use. The warranties do not apply to products used for commercial purposes. The above warranties do not cover defects caused by, but not limited to, any of the following:
- Accident, maltreatment, neglect, improper handling or failure to follow the supplied care directs;
- Exposure to direct heat or excessive moisture; and
- Alterations, modifications, repair or use of the product which is inconsistent with the supplied product instructions.
HOW TO CLAIM
To make a claim under this express warranty, you must be able to prove when you purchased the product. The easiest way to do this is through your original proof of purchase (invoice, receipt etc). To make a claim against this manufacturer’s warranty you must contact Fox during the applicable warranty period:

HOW FOX WILL FULFIL WARRANTY CLAIMS:
Fox will honour all valid claims made under this manufacturer’s warranty by either repairing or replacing (at Fox’s option) the defective product. For claims under this manufactures warranty DIY will not be responsible for removal, installation, reinstallation, setup or any other costs associated with a claim.
The benefits given by this express warranty are additional to other rights and remedies that you may have under law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian consumer law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repairs or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
